class timetable

TR Sports is equipped with a full sized floodlit artificial pitch and is available to hire from 5pm onwards Monday-Friday and at weekends. The artificial pitch facility is a versatile area and may be divided into 3 areas for 5/6 or 7 a side play or can hired as a full pitch for full sized football matches.

The sports hall is available for hire Monday- Sunday for indoor football, netball, basketball or badminton.


Join the RUSH. A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class designed to target all major muscle groups through a series of strength training and metabolic conditioning. Continue to burn calories for hours after this 30-minute workout.

Studio Cycling

A cycle class for all individual fitness levels. A fantastic fat burner. Covers strength and endurance training.


This class combines gentle yoga postures with breathing practices and relaxation to improve health and wellbeing. It is suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities, and beginners are welcome.


Muscle toning sessions for legs, bums, and tums. Targeting every muscle from the waist down. A good class for all those problem areas.


A challenging session adaptable to all individual levels. A continuous circuit of exercise to work with the CV system and major muscle groups. Can you complete the challenge?

Studio Circuits

A studio resistance workout targeting all the major muscle groups, giving you the ultimate tone and definition in a fun group environment.

Body conditioning

Uses weights, bars and bodyweight resistance to tone and strengthen all muscle groups. A fun and enjoyable workout to tone up all your muscles.

Abs conditioning

Improves core stability and helps to achieve a flatter firmer stomach. Includes floor work and fit ball incorporating all core muscles.


This class is developed and adapted from old training principles to form a fun, addictive, safe, stress busting workout suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

Teen Gym

The teen gym sessions will give 11-15 year olds the chance to make new friends, build their confidence and get fit.
